I always have a soft spot for girls in insane asylums. Its just my weird thing. So I was immediately drawn into Juliette. Her story is just so sad. You are going to feel for her so much and as the story progresses you will learn even more at how sad her life has been. She thinks she is cursed. Her touch can and has killed. Her parents have thrown her away and she has been tested and experimented on and has been totally alone with no human contact for like a year. She has lost all hope. How can you not feel for her?

The world is just one I am drawn into. The world has gone to crap. There is no food, people are dying and there is a new establishment trying to take over things. Everything we know is pretty much gone. Its very interesting. And I love how it all came to be.

I have no idea why I picked up this book. I saw it on the shelf in my library and decided to give it a go. I have never read anything about it not even the back cover. So I was so surprised at what I got. I read it in one day. It just has that read me now and never put my down vibe.

Of course if I loved it there was a little bit of a love story. Adam was sweet and I totally loved him. I was drawn to him right away too. But I will not lie I kinda had a thing for this psycho guy even though Juliette did not care about him at all. But as much as I liked him, Adam totally had my heart.

Shatter Me was just an awesome read. The great world building, the unique talents of the characters and just everything was awesome. I am so glad I picked this book up and I can not wait for the next book. I am a little nervous for possible love triangles because well Adam is too sweet to have to endure that but I will so be continuing on.

    3. Is there a crazy love triangle? like one that is annoying? Someone on goodreads commented me about a love triangle.

    5. That makes me nervous. But I still plan on reading it. I just hope it doesn't take away from the story.

    6. I don't think it does. In my opinion it doesn't. It's not done like some other love triangles.

  5. I can't believe I haven't read this series either. I am very curious about the writing style, even though it wasn't your favorite aspect. Not thrilled about a love triangle but I can overlook it for a good read.
