My Thoughts

I started reading this book not knowing too much about it. I've seen it on Goodreads and that was about it. I have to easily call this one of the best books that have come out this year so far. Once I started reading the pages wouldn't stop turning. I was absolutely enthralled. No lie, I was sneaking it in at work.

There was non stop action in this book from literally the first pages. It starts off with an eighteen year old girl, Farley believing that she's being followed. She finds out she's correct when she's stuck in traffic and a young guy shows up outside her car door. From there cars start exploding and the guy is shooting fire at the stalkers with his hands. Things get progressively worse from there.

Farley's mother went missing about six months ago. There are no signs of her anywhere. The police have no leads and Farley is at her wits end. Now there is all this other stuff going on with people who are after her, a father she thought was dead, and a supernatural world she never knew existed. Not to mention, the young guy, is a hot guy who Farley can't seem to escape.

I absolutely loved this book, if you couldn't tell. I can't wait for the next installments of the series to come out. The electricity between Farley and Daniel (hot guy) is palpable. The storyline completely wraps you up in it. I need someone to gush over this book with me. So you guys really need to pick it up.
