Amber R's Thoughts
I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by this book. I wasn't sure what to expect but this went above and beyond whatever I expected.
I love Yuki and Cal. They are such great characters. It's so cute that Cal has such a thing for Yuki and she doesn't see it at first. They seem like an odd pairing but they're actually perfect for each other. They have been friends for so long and they are super cute together.
The supporting characters in this book are really awesome too. Emma and Simon are too funny.
There are a lot of mysterious things going on in this book. There is paranormal stuff going on, mystery, murder, werewolves, spirit guides and all kinds of good stuff.
I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a good read. This is an excellent book.
Amber I's Thoughts
What a great book! As soon as I started it, I had to finish it. It went beyond what I was expecting. And the cover is amazing!!
I loved the characters in this book. Cal and Yuki are fun and a loving couple. I love when best friends realize that they are in love and they start an amazing romance.
This book was also neat with how they dealt with all the paranormal stuff. Like the spirit users. I loved how she wrote in about how the wolves came to be. That was really good. Yuki's dreams where also really interesting and I loved how all the symbols in there really meant something.
The side characters too are also great. Emma and Simon, I think these two would actually be great together if it wasn't for the age difference. They seem to know how to push each others buttons.
I can't wait to read the next book!!!!
