New York Times bestselling author Rachel Caine is "a first- class storyteller" (#1 New York Times bestselling author Charlaine Harris).

After discovering that vampires populate her town, college student Claire Danvers knows that the undead just want to live their lives. But someone else wants them to get ready to rumble.

There's a new extreme sport getting picked up on the Internet: bare- knuckle fights pitting captured vampires against each other-or humans. Tracking the remote signal leads Claire- accompanied by her friends and frenemies-to discover that what started as an online brawl will soon threaten everyone in Morganville.

My Thoughts
We all probably know by now that this is one of my most favorite series. I mean I did have a post a while back telling people if I had to read their early reviews I would want to hit them.. so you get the idea. Anyways....
I loved it. I mean it was an emotional roller coaster this book!! I was so torn up about the things going on. They were excellently developed and worth the ride but my goodness some of it was so hard!! I seriously just had to get to the end. I was not going to bed until I knew that everything was going to be okay!!
This book was also neat because we got Shanes POV in it. I really enjoyed that, and I am so glad we did or else I might have wanted to KILL him!! At least I knew why he was acting the way he was..
Myrnin is hilarious still! I am glad we got the bunny slipper jokes thrown in there. Still not sure about Oliver, he can be so freaking evil yet some how he is always there for them.
Really people if you haven't read this series, then this review probably makes no sense to you. So I suggest you read them! They are awesome!! Not many series can put out  10 books and them all be awesome but this one is!! I am ready for more!!

  1. I am barely on book 3 of this series and I love it so far.... especially Shane! can't wait til I get to book 10 so i can get a bit of his POV. thanks for sharing your thoughts :) I havent had time to sit down and write my review just yet, lets see if i can work justice this coming up weekend!

  2. They are awesome! I love them. Like I said its pretty crazy for a series with 10 books to still be awesome. Each book I loved.
